628 Blinds is described by reviewers as a family owned operation dealing in made-to-order curtains, roller blinds, plantation shutters, zip screens and outdoor blinds, with several customers noting that indoor and outdoor work is handled with the same care. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of communication, from the first enquiry through to after installation, with staff described as responsive, friendly and experienced. Installers are repeatedly praised for arriving when promised, working neatly and leaving homes tidy, and reviewers mention that jobs were completed on or ahead of schedule, including curtains and blinds for a new apartment.

Named team members Matt, Joyce and Mark are singled out for their knowledge and helpfulness, while the advice given during selection is described as making a sometimes complicated choice straightforward. Customers also report competitive pricing and good product quality across shutters, roller and outdoor blinds, and zip screens fitted to front windows and outdoor areas. The result itself draws consistent comment, with blinds and shutters described as looking great once in place, and the same friendly, professional manner noted from the sales conversation through to the finished installation.
