From first contact, measure and quote then installation I can't say anything other than APS is a very professional company who take pride in their work. Installation was done quickly, much quicker than expected. A friend's comment was my home looks 20 years younger. If you are not sure, I would give APS a call and get a quote, you won't be unhappy with the result. Curtains and blinds made it a house, the shutters have made it a home 😊 A couple before and after photos.

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The shutters were completed within a fortnight while the installation took less than an hour. These guys really know what they're doing. The final product is stunning. We are thrilled.
Excellent service ! Great product. Josh & Anthony professionally fitted three of our windows in literally under 15 minutes (clearly the pre-production measurement of the 3 shutters was precise, meaning no nasty surprises on installation day). There is lots of Aussie sunshine outside in these photos so we had to turn the lights on to take these for the rooms were almost in darkness with the new shutters closed as shown.

Just had shutters installed in our new home. We love them! They look amazing and set off every room. The whole experience with Australian Plantation Shutters was good. Josh and Nathan were the installers. They were very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend.
We ordered the DIY Open Slider plantation shutters while the product is good we are still having problems with the company after a mistake they made. They sent us the wrong size shutters and are now refusing to take them back so we are left with two huge and heavy shutters which we are stuck storing over our windows at the front of our townhouse. I have asked them to pay for a hard rubbish removal (this would be tax deductible for them) but they have suggested we find a use for them in our home ?!? I had paid for the courier to deliver to us (in Canberra) originally as they were too big for us to put on, or in our car. We have no way to move them ourselves so I image they expect us to pay for removal due to their mistake. It’s really disappointing as the service had been great up to that point. Their DIY person Tamara had been really helpful and we do like the sliders. I wouldn’t recommend them for DIY though. I think getting them installed would be better as the instructions were super confusing (we’d planned to write up some more helpful instructions for them but decided against that after being stuck with their mistake).
