What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Kangaroo Point is where this awning and outdoor blind business is based, and its single account describes an installation reached through a private unit, an arrangement the resident accepted so a neighbour's job could go ahead. Boots were not removed indoors, leaving marks on a high-quality timber floor that took effort to clean away, and similar prints appeared on a large deck, needing a full wash.
The installer came across as rude during the visit, and the household stated it would not repeat the experience. Awnings and outdoor blinds are the trade on offer, with installation carried out from the premises on Ferry Street, Kangaroo Point. The account centres on access through someone else's home and the care shown once inside.
Reviews

We were asked by a neighbour to allow installation through our unit as no other way would work. That was not a problem as we were prepared to be helpful BUT the installer was very rude, refused to take his boots off and walked several times through the unit and left boots marks on our high quality wood floor which were difficult to remove. On our large deck there were again dirty boot marks and it took full cleaning to remove these. Never again. BE AWARE THAT THE INSTALLER IS NOT RESPECTFUL OF YOUR PROPERTY.
