Had a decently big project for a new house and Helen was very experienced and professional in her recommendations, was quick to respond and revise quotes based on discussions. She understands budgets and does not oversell, which we greatly appreciate. Definitely good value on comparisons, and installation was a good experience, great attitude on site. The best part is that Helen was responsive to requests to rectify/adjust some things, even after the job was complete, which is testament to her professionalism and her care in running her own business. Would return to her if needing further curtains!
