What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Boniwell Blinds' reviews cover a wide range of products, from roller shutters and roller blinds to sheer curtains, Veri Shade and a markilux retractable awning, with Alex named repeatedly for guiding customers through outdoor blind and awning choices.
One customer notes that Boniwell also returns to service their outdoor decking blind system after installation, rather than just fitting it and leaving. Motorised, remote-control outdoor blinds come up often as having extended usable outdoor space and matched the colour of the house.

We recently had roller shutters, roller blinds and sheer curtains installed by Boniwell Blinds and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They were friendly, professional and great to deal with throughout the whole process. The quality of the products and installation is excellent and everything looks fantastic. We highly recommend Boniwell Blinds!
Alex was really easy to work with, he was very accomodating. Kept me up to date at every stage. The installation of roller shutters went smoothly. We enjoyed our first lot of roller shutters so much, that we decided to get Alex to install a couple more for us. They are great at keeping the warmth in in the winter and we don't have any condensation on the windows anymore and they keep the sun and heat out in the summer. And it blocks out so much road noise. They were the best investment. Alex and his team did such a great job. We highly recommend them.
We were impressed with all our interactions with Boniwell Blinds from our first phone call through to final installation of our awning! Alex’s professional service delivery was expert, consultative and friendly. Boniwell Blinds provided good attention to detail throughout and provided seamless co-ordination with their installers and electrician. We really could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them!
I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Boniwell Blinds. All team members i spoke with were very nice and understanding. The products are great quality and varied in choices. Highly recommend this business.
Very happy with the markilux retractable awning install from Boniwell. Has transformed our outdoor space. Alex was great to deal with and very thoughtful in guiding decisions.
Absolutely love our new shutters there amazing and the quality of how they were made and installed we are really happy with and also the young fellows who put them up. Highly recommend thanks boniwell blinds a job well done. As our house contains 2 night shift workers sleeping through the day is so easy now fully block out and dark wouldn’t have a clue it was day time.
This was our second time using Boniwell Blinds and our 3rd different product. 2 years on, we cannot fault our indoor blinds and Veri Shade. Recently, we just installed outdoor blinds. Alex’s attention to detail was so appreciated, the colour match to our house is fantastic. We now have an extra space to utilise all year round. Complete privacy from the outside & still a wonderful outlook for us. You can’t beat the electronic blinds!
