Cardell | Curtains, Blinds and Soft Furnishings | Enoggera

Thank you to John and his team for being so professional in dealing with a difficult supplier who let them down in the manufacturing of the blinds supplied to me but who, nonetheless, offered me a partial refund (even though the supplier would not). The service and support has been exemplary; always understanding and doing everything they can to follow up and resolve the matter at hand. Highly recommend Cardell for product and customer service.

Cardells service and product was exceptional . The consultant was very tuned in to what type of curtain l wanted, and helped me choose the perfect fabric and fittings. Installation was also excellent. A very professional company. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

We had a great experience with John, Scott and the team at Cardell. The team was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was prompt and clear. The colour selections were excellent and thoughtfully recommended, perfectly complementing the space and overall design intent. Their expertise helped ensure the final result felt cohesive, modern and well-considered. Installation was smooth and well organised, completed on time and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Cardell to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and a team that truly delivers on both service and results.

We recently worked with Cardell Curtains to create custom curtains for our boutique store and couldn’t be happier with the result. John and his team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. They guided us through the entire process, from the initial meeting and fabric selection through to measure and installation, making everything feel easy and seamless. The finished curtains are absolutely beautiful. They feel luxurious, are incredibly well made, and have elevated the space exactly as we’d hoped. Thank you to the Cardell team for such a great experience. We highly recommend choosing Cardell for custom made curtains.

I have used Cardell for many years, they are my first choice for Brisbane window treatments. I would recommend to home owners/ investors/ developers. They have as much attention to detail working at large scale as they do for one home. Will continue to use them for all types of projects

Cardell were perfection from start to finish! Outstanding customer service, product knowledge and colour matching abilities. We are beyond thrilled with our block out curtains and sheers. The quality is impeccable and they totally transform the space. It makes the room look bigger, more luxurious and cosy. Best decision we have made yet for our new home. You won’t regret using Cardell!

Disappointing and unprofessional, I advised John the owner as well with text but he didn’t care! I will not recommend to anyone, why? Please look at the quality of the job, uneven length of curtains and quality of sewing ! Awful experience
