Cover Me NQ

Cover Me NQ is a locally owned and operated blind installation business in Townsville. The business was launched in 2016 by founder Gavin Bradtke, who has more than 21 years’ experience in the industry and was a carpenter for 25 years before starting the company. It offers mobile design consultations. Cover Me NQ provides window coverings including shutters, blinds and awnings.

Households in Townsville seeking new window coverings have shared detailed accounts of their experience with this supplier. Gavin is the name that recurs most, described as quick to respond and straightforward to deal with, while Mick is also acknowledged for his contribution during installations. The standard of the finished work is a common talking point, with shutters credited for giving a home a contemporary, refreshed look and blinds noted for being fitted cleanly and with precision.

Advice before the job starts is another element that appears frequently, especially guidance on how a desired aesthetic might be realised. Communication ranks highly as well, with clients recalling that updates on production scheduling and installation timing were provided, keeping expectations aligned from start to finish.

Repeat patronage is a strong feature of the feedback, with some households engaging the team for multiple projects over a period of years and remaining satisfied each time. The scope of work covered is also remarked upon, encompassing internal shutters along with roller and vertical blinds and curtains, supplied and installed. Satisfaction with both the products and the personnel involved runs through the commentary, and a sentiment expressed by numerous clients is that they would engage the same team again.
