Curtain Wonderland

Didnt bother turning up ...when we built our house...they did everthing...but now its a smaller job....so the carnt be bothered

I went to Maroochydore store today. It was wonderful to receive such old fashioned friendly service. Had everything I wanted and two friendly ladies working there. Will be in touch to order plantation shutters.

Phoned ahead to see if they had what I wanted available and the ladies happily put them aside and had them ready for me when I arrived. Great customer service.

Store closed over entire Easter break. Rude signs up complaining of lack of staff and customer patience is needed. I shook my head at this “defeatist” company for the last time and went to Spotlight to spend $800. Guess you should have opened your doors for your pesky customers over the long weekend $$$.

Walked into the Maroochydore store today, no other customers were in there but the older lady behind the counter was on her phone, head down behind the counter ..... no eye contact, no hello, nothing..... then when I walked around the store looking for what I was after, couldnt find it and proceeded to walk out, THEN she says "Thankyou " Really ??? Thats it ??? No wo der theres a sign on the front door saying due to a shortage of staff please be kind to those who have turned up to work today. With overpriced curtains and non existant staff Im surprised they qre arill even open .

We received multiple quotes from companies in our area- Fraser Coast for blinds and curtains from the companies that actually turned up. Prices ranged from 10k to over 20k which was unbelievable. We drove down the coast and spoke with Lorna at length about our quotes she offered to help us out straight away. Lorna was exceptional with her help, she helped us with our measurements organised the right sizes in both the curtains and blinds. Lorna also recommended an installer to save us trying to install them as well. Our house full of curtains and blinds now have been installed in less than a month from start to finish and cost us a whole lot less than our cheapest quote. Thank you so much Lorna and the team.

We visited Curtain Wonderland Maroochydore today seeking advice on a specific type of curtain rail. As we entered, an elderly couple was leaving, leaving us as the only customers in the store. Despite this, the two staff members at the counter went out of their way to avoid acknowledging us. It wasn’t until we approached them directly that they finally engaged – and made it very clear we were an inconvenience. To say they were rude would be putting it mildly. I still thanked them politely for their time (even though our interaction lasted less than five minutes) and left. Safe to say, we won’t be returning or purchasing anything from this store. Very disappointing experience.
