Decorama Blinds Awnings Curtains and Shutters

Decorama Blinds Awnings Curtains and Shutters is an Australian-owned manufacturer established in 1950. The business is currently owned by Brad and Maddison, who purchased it in 2019 and have a combined 32 years of experience in the industry.

Decorama is not a franchise and has been manufacturing in Tamworth for 75 years. It manufactures, supplies and installs blinds, awnings, curtains and shutters, and offers a free measure and quotation service within the North West in NSW. It also offers a high quality PVC shutter with a 25 year warranty.

Competitive pricing combined with attentive service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Tamworth window treatment business. Several buyers describe obtaining multiple quotes before choosing the company, noting that the figures came in below those of other suppliers, and reviews time and again mention that the advice given matched their actual needs rather than pushing unnecessary products. One account explains how the team guided a dance studio through selecting suitable window coverings, with the process handled smoothly despite the client being based interstate.

Installation quality features often in the comments, with blinds and screens fitted neatly and the work area left tidy. Communication is another consistent point, described as easy and responsive from the initial enquiry through to after-sales support. A customer with an older outdoor blind had a replacement pulley part supplied quickly and without fuss, showing the business stands behind its products long after purchase. The range covers blinds, curtains, awnings, shutters and security doors, and Bruce and his team are named for their helpful approach. Repeat patronage appears frequently, with some clients returning for a third order or dealing with the business across many years.
