Brilliant information great local supporter.. Best in. NSW. RING GEOFF. ANYTIME FOR SERVICE ,ADVICE...
Very good experience. We are very happy with the timber floor and the carpet. The whole team is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Thank you to Geoff, Heinz and Tayla for your professional and helpful service. You kept us updated on progress, and the cost was very fair. The two young men who installed the flooring were prompt, efficient and friendly. I couldn’t recommend more highly.
Outstanding, simply outstanding. Firstly, the process of choosing flooring was made a heck of a lot easier with Ashley from @sessandsass.... So glad she was there to help us. There were two flooring elements to our renovation. Tiles in the kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom and walk in. These were tired and needed to be replaced with a hybrid floor. There was also old, cheap carpet replaced with new, quality woven carpet in three bedrooms. The hybrid flooring is so good. So fresh and vibrant and our installer was meticulous. Carpet came last and another great tradesman took care of things. What a difference these people made to our home. It would be very difficult to go elsewhere once you've had this level of service, professionalism and care. It was like these guys were working on their own homes....which is refreshing these days. Good job and thanks to everyone involved, your effort does not go unnoticed. ☮️
This is the 3rd time I have had Geoff Thompson Carpets install new carpet in my home. Great service prompt and precise.
We are so happy with our new carpets — they look fantastic and have completely refreshed the space! The service from start to finish was excellent, and the installation was smooth and professional. We’re repeat customers for a reason, and we’ll definitely be back again when the time comes. Highly recommend!
Honestly just the best experience. Tayla was amazing helping me choose the perfect carpet. She listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. Heinz is very efficient, knows what he is doing and communicates everything that is happening. The two carpet layers were great and did a beautiful job especially with the tricky pieces around my fireplace. All in all a really good experience. If you want the best don’t hesitate go to Geoff Thompson’s Flooring!
