HV Aluminium

I moved into a smaller home, with the view of renovating. I first spoke to the salesperson from HV Aluminium on the 1st of October 2025. I let him know it was important that I have the work done as soon as possible, as I need the room to protect my belongings. I was enclosing my veranda and also building a carport. He assured me that the work would be done at the end of January 2026. 4 month, I could do that. It is now the 2nd of July 2026, and the work is still not completed. They started building the carport about 5 weeks ago, and now it has been a month, and they have not returned, leaving me with a damaged roof, with a bag covering it, and other damage. The enclosure of my verandah has still not been started. The company asks for a lot of money up front, which locks you in, and they just leave you waiting. Since the end of January, every 2 weeks, they come up with excuse after excuse, saying, "two more weeks." Two more weeks have turned into nearly 6 months. My windows finally arrived this week, leaving me in a panic as I was not at home and I had 3 dogs. I was told they were coming the following day. I have rescheduled my life continuously over the past 6 months, expecting this company to show, and they never do. This week they were meant to come Wednesday, on the day they changed to Thursday, waiting at home again for them today, when no one shows, we contacted them and was told it is now Friday after 11am, that is if they ever show up. This company must think that people do not have a life, I have missed out on work waiting for them to show, cancelled appointments etc etc. This is the worst dealing that I have ever had with a company. It has been over 9 months and my work has still not been completed and have a bag covering my roof for over a month, from damage they have caused and more rain is expected.

We are very happy with the opening outdoor roof and would happily recommence HV Aluminium to anyone considering a similar project. Communication was excellent and all the staff very responsive. The time to start the project was longer than we expected but we were able to discuss this with HV who were responsive and the result was well worth the wait!

After dealing with spanline twice to replace my outdoor and carport area HV took over and have done a wonderful job their whole team has been nothing short of amazing

A drawing of the carport was done by HV Aluminium based on my details, and along with the building application, this was submitted for approval. Construction was delayed due to some component damage and having a suitable tradesperson. The work was carried out in a competent manner and was a good result.

WOW !! From the sales rep to the installer all the staff were so helpful and understanding and I am pretty sure I am a bit of perfectionist and worrier .
