Excellent service from Shadeland – highly recommended I would like to sincerely thank Ray from Shadeland for the excellent job he did repairing and rectifying the damage and problems left behind by my previous dishonest shade sail contractor, Michael Guniea from Shade & Sail. After my experience with Shade & Sails, I was extremely disappointed with the way the warranty issue was handled. Despite the problems I experienced with the installation, my warranty claim was denied, leaving me with the expense and inconvenience of having the work rectified by another contractor and having to lodge a legal claim through the QBCC. Thankfully, Ray from Shadeland stepped in and did what I believe should have been done in the first place. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to properly identify and fix the problems. The contrast between my experience with the two companies was significant. Ray provided the level of professionalism, workmanship and customer service that I expected when I originally engaged a shade sail contractor. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend anyone considering using Shade & Sails to carefully consider their options and obtain references before proceeding. In contrast, I have no hesitation recommending Ray and Shadeland to anyone looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is prepared to stand behind the quality of the job. Came out are on site visit quote said they would send a quote. I called them twice requesting the the quote . Gentleman said that he was going to email it twice. Then I physically went into the shop again and asked for the quote. He said I would have it by the next day, still not had the quote and it’s been another two weeks. bad customer service

Shadeland team Ray and Rosie installed a shade sail a couple of years back for me. They did a great job and were easy to deal with and the shade sail is great and the price was right ..so much so I am now going to get them to do one for my pool.

We requested a quote for Shade cloth on both sides of our new build fully expecting to only be able to afford one side. Not only was the quote very fair they offered a further discount for both sides, so we did both. How absolutely wonderful and communicative this business was through the entire process and in stark contrast to how bad some other businesses are in Townsville. I do not hesitate to recommend Shadeland to anyone, the quality of their workmanship, the communication, the service and the fair price. Ray, you have two very happy customers with us, well done.

2020: Thanks Ray and Crew! Great customer service and workmanship from the start to the end for our pool. 2022: 2 years later and Ray was back. Worked his magic and Dean executed it to perfection. Couldn't be happier getting shade sails on the side of the house. Thanks guys
