Spotlight Hervey Bay

Do not use home delivery! I only used this as I was without a car and purchase was considered bulky( curtains and rod)but a 1.5km delivery has so far taken 8 days and tracking says currently in Maryborough- cost was $35. Calling “amarex” ( the courier company) took me to an overseas call centre- no help.

I went to spotlight and walked around saw 2 staff standing together complaining about the store and completely ignored me as I tried to find something ,no help was offered,then I found some material went to counter ,it was in the 40 % off pile only to be rudely told that I got it from somewhere else ,I asked the staff to come and I would show her where it was ,she yelled at me from afar and said I will have to call the manger ,I said don’t bother ,she was so rude !

So much to choose at really good prices. Love being a club member

Really hard to navigate. Resin is thrown in with other craft or not even in the right area where marked. No staff walking around to offer any help and its like a maze. Besides that, it does have fantastic products and nice counter staff and lots of parking underneath

Absolutely probably the best customer service I have ever received from any spotlight store. Extremely helpful in every way. I sm delighted that this now my new store.

Lovely staff in the sewing section service desk with cool hair was so helpful finding a gift for my partner.
