Spotlight Mildura

Shoppers tackling DIY projects and home sewing repeatedly highlight the depth of choice at this Mildura store, noting that the fabric, craft and homewares ranges carry items that are difficult to find elsewhere. Customers describe the layout as easy to navigate, with plenty of parking and simple access, and several mention that advice is offered in straightforward terms, which helps those new to working with different fabrics and materials. Staff friendliness comes up often, with Ceylon singled out for persistence in resolving a refund from another store, and Nancy named as a dependable point of contact for attentive service.

Reviewers also remark on quick, helpful assistance on the floor, the variety of new craft products to try and the value found during sale periods. Several accounts note that products are well priced, particularly around end-of-financial-year promotions. The most frequent thread across the feedback is the combination of a wide, well-organised range with approachable service, whether the task involves sewing projects, craft supplies or general home improvement shopping.
