A roller blind fell off its moorings a few days ago. I live in Narromine, my husband passed away, I am alone, can't even lift it above my head. I rang Alex and he met me in Dubbo yesterday and replaced a part, no charge. He explained how to fix it but I hadn't tried it yet. Then he rang today (a Saturday) to say that he was coming to Narromine. He came here, fixed it and hung it back up. No charge. A most wonderful man and wonderful experience. I have tears in my eyes that there are such great people in this world. Thank you Alex.
