The Curtain Exchange in Malvern has built a repeat clientele, with several customers returning across many years for further curtains, blinds and shutters. One thing mentioned again and again is the calibre of the finished product, whether newly made or second-hand, with fabrics and workmanship described as excellent and reasonably priced. Named staff feature prominently in feedback: Amanda is called a gem for her assistance, Bernice is thanked for her kindness, Nicole is described as amazing to work with, and Colin is praised as a professional installer.
