Amended review - Since posting my first review I was contacted to re schedule the install the next day (2 days after the missed install). Rob was very prompt about finding a resolution to the issue and ensuring someone would come out to install the blinds. The blinds and install have been done great and I have no complaints about the blinds themselves :) Original review Had an install scheduled for Tuesday 21st. They made sure we paid in full only for no one to show up and no correspondence. Called twice and no one had any idea that our install didn’t happen or why. Then they tell me that the next day for install isn’t until another weeks time with no urgency or care. My husband took half a day off work and we already took all the blinds down for no one to show up? When asked what they could do or some sort of compensation it was brushed off and was told ‘you can email our manager’ any compensation is done after the install. Do better, very disappointed with the service.

Pains me to leave this review, but I feel I have to due to the abysmal service here. First initial quote for 3 crimsafe doors 15/11/25 Absolutely amazing south African bloke (can't remember his name because it was so long ago now) down to earth, friendly, personable guy. Said we will organise a final measure and then order doors, was told after that it's roughly 6 weeks wait. Final measure booked Nov 26, was told it would be first thing in the morning, waited until 1230, no one showed up. Lost a whole day of work. Called to reorganise and was told we can reschedule but won't be until Dec 10, and that time will definitely be first thing in the morning! The morning of Dec 10th came and went with noone AGAIN. Another day of work for me lost. I called again and was told we can rebook Dec 23. After the 3rd times a charm I finally had the final measure on the 23rd. Finally, enthusiastic bloke came to due it. But quite frankly wasted a lot of time talking and not much measuring. Finally started to make sense why they missed 2 previous appointments. Called in February to ask when my doors might be ready and was told "we will call you when we see them on the way to organise an install date" no worries I suppose. Don't hear from them until early march saying "your doors are in let's organise an install date" but couldn't get out to me for another 3 to 4 weeks with the doors already having arrived in WA. To top it all off, get to the install on 26/03/2026 and 1 of the 3 doors is wrong, latch is on the left when it should be the right, the poor guy installing is profusely apologising for their cock up. Says they'll call me and we'll get this sorted within the week. Absolutely fantastic. 1 week after initial install I get a call to say let's install it in 3 to 4 weeks time. Absolutely ridiculous. I only have one day off I can organise and it's in a week's time. Told her that over the phone and was told no, they're fully booked. To then be faced with, I'll have to ask my manager, to then a yes. We can do that day! We'll see you on the 17th April 2026. Last door was finally installed, and front door had to be adjusted as it didn't latch properly. Now to summarise. After all the pain and torture of organising this and lost days of work I had, I should've gone with someone else for security doors, and id highly recommend you do too. Initial sales guy and the installer, absolutely top tier people. Everyone else in-between has been so difficult to work with and quite the headache. But hey! After half a year, I finally have the 3 doors I wanted.

Peter was excellent. The installation was perfect and Peter’s customer service was certainly 5 stars. My new blinds look great. Would certainly recommend ABC Blinds and Peter.

Highly recommend ABC Blinding and specially SHERRY for being very patient throughout my journey. I was running around bunning and spotlight for some blinds and accessories and I wasn’t successful! Somehow I made my way to ABC and I wasn’t disappointed! Excellent people, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you very much, will definitely return again.

Visited ABC Rockingham regarding a couple of broken clips on my panel blind. Sherry was excellent and had it sorted after a quick look for parts. Great Friendly service
