ABC Blinds & Awnings Bunbury

No accountability. This company forgot to actually place my order. At the end of 12 weeks (when it was to be installed) I rang to find out when they were being installed only to be ignored, no return phone call and when going into the store told 'well, they have only just been ordered'. Trying to get hold of anyone at this company is a nightmare. I ended up around 7 months from ordering to getting my blinds. Not once did someone say 'opps my bad, sorry'. Managers didn't even bother to call me after serveral emails. I strongly do not recommend this company - terrible communication and no accountability.

Fantastic customer service from the first call, measuring and installation. The blinds look fantastic and the price was excellent

Came past the showroom gathering ideas to have the window coverings updated in one of my rental properties. I was greeted immediately by Anastasia and was very quickly provided with a quote but was reassured it was obligation free so I could make an informed decision. I ended up staying with ABC blinds due to their hands on approach and high quality items! Thanks so much, the house looks so nice and is now ready for its new tenant!

Just popped in for a look around for future house ideas and Anastasia was particularly helpful! She recommended some beautiful blinds that would be ideal when I start decorating and worked with the little ideas that I had and still provided amazing service!

I stumbled into ABC Blinds and Awnings just for a browse to kill some time and dream of what I would install in my house and encountered the lovely Anastasia. Even though I told her I was just browsing she was still so helpful and warm and chatty. She showed me some things I was interested in and we discussed shutters and honestly she was not only knowledgeable but friendly in a very genuine and non pushy way. I didn’t expect to have a great time browsing but she made it fun. Nice to see young people who enjoy their job and apply themselves. I will most likely be back when I’ve got the funds to redo my window furnishings.

I had such a fantastic experience with ABC Blinds & Awnings Bunbury! From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and stress-free. A special shoutout to Anastasia, who went above and beyond to help me. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her advice and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. If you’re looking for quality blinds and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend asking for Anastasia at ABC Blinds Bunbury – she’s amazing!

Anastasia was a delight to deal with, very prompt with updates and I couldn't be happier with the Vertisheer blinds in my master bedroom.
