The business has over 150 years of combined experience. It services Launceston, Hobart, the Midlands and East Coast. The business offers free measure and quote (conditions apply).

Roller blinds and full-house blind installations are the work that runs through the feedback for this Launceston window treatment store, and customers return again and again to how straightforward the process feels from the first measure and quote through to fitting. Stephen is named repeatedly, both for the quality of his installation work and for the care he shows towards the property and the people living in it, with several reviewers describing him as pleasant and easy to deal with. Leonie also draws praise for going out of her way to get orders placed and blinds fitted promptly, which customers say made a real difference to their experience.

A recurring theme is efficiency: the gap between quote and completed installation is described as short, and the service is consistently called professional and prompt. Buyers mention quality products and a beautiful finished result, with one household having an entire home fitted and reporting genuine satisfaction with the outcome. Pricing is described as fair for the standard delivered. The tone across the feedback is warm and appreciative, with customers highlighting the ease of working with the team to achieve exactly the look they wanted.
