As a follow up with our issues with the Las Vegas recliners regarding surround sound. Happy to say after a lot of correspondence back and forth from Amart the issue has been resolved. It appears that the tv was too old (7years) to pair with the furniture. Luck had it because our old tv died. ( Blue screen of death ). Purchased a new tv and kapow it connected. Might be worth mentioning to customers that if there tv is too old then it won’t pair. Even though mr Google said it was compatible. All that said I was very happy with Amart doing their best to help resolve this issue. Max.

Shopping for a bed frame wow huge store lots to see

My husband and I ordered 2 tub chairs at the end of September 2025 and we were told that the wait time would be early to mid November. Called mid November to be told that it would probably be towards late November. Called again yesterday (1st December) and spoke to the same guy who again fed me a load of BS saying that we would still have to wait 2-3 weeks as they prioritise the people who have paid for delivery. I can’t remember how much it was to deliver but I do remember a lot. Decided not to go with it as we literally live around the corner. Anyway by the time we get the chairs we would have been waiting 3 months and maybe more, and be careful this company just feeds you a load of BS.

Service is ok but being told the store policy of not being able to sell off the floor particularly when there is no stock availability just isn’t an option. Customers want to be able to purchase now not wait for a month or more then pay a delivery fee to receive the furniture. So we decided to go online to another reputable supplier and bam not only is it cheaper including adding an additional item but also a free delivery direct from Perth and the delivery time is less than a week not a month like we were told. It absolutely pays to shop online to cut out all the nonsense of store policies unavailability’s and the terrible delivery service time frames. Instore shopping has to pick their game up or be prepared to lose customers to online because it’s nothing but a waste of time looking when you cannot purchase what you want there and then.

Really bad service, delivered the wrong sofas, different to what we have ordered, even though they have enough time to do the delivery. Then I called the delivery company and he told it’s not his fault, not even apologetic.

Hannah and Vicki who I have dealt with have been fabulous. Our furniture arrived slightly damaged from the DC in Perth - no big deal - so I called up and they promptly organised a full replacement set to be delivered within a couple of days. Great service, furniture is of good quality.

If there was a zero rating that is what we would rate Amart Bunbury! I purchased an item that was absolutely not suitable for purpose. It was horrendous quality. So according to Australian consumer law I returned it. The behaviour of the store staff was PATHETIC and beyond useless. They quibbled about why I didn't come in sooner, when I was well within the 30 day time frame of a "no questions asked" refund. What a load of rubbish! They behaved like we were some kind of scammers trying to return the pathetic product! This is about the principle of big stores promising the world, and delivering nothing but poor quality rip-off products! I can't believe I was about to order 3 sets of timber bunk beds for our beach house! We purchased 1 to see if they were suitable to order 6 more for our 2 beach houses... clearly not suitable! Dodged a bullet there. Steer clear of this store at all costs folks!
