Horrible service, the floor staff was nice when we order in store, 5 weeks later delivery time, the nice vibe collapse, we pay for lounge & Tv unit assembly &delivery. On the day lounge come delivery man saying tv unit cannot fixed bcoz take long time, have to come another day, we can only accept weekend delivery, but store staff now over the call saying tv unit assembly not included, b4 this we paid full amount the service assure us all included and mention in invoice. Now they saying its only for lounge not tv unit, Specically store manager is so rude to work with, very disappointing, finally we returned tv unit. Whoever want to buy pls double check with floor incharge as different staff gave diffent info depend on the stage of purchase. Deceitful behaviour prevailed on wagga store

Had lounge delivered,free delivery,was to big for where we needed it to go,so had to go back,so the delivery guys took it back,got charged $125.00 to take back,our mistake,went straight back same day to order another smaller one,$200 dearer than the first one, only to find out they charged us another $125.00 delivery , no discussion about the price at all about delivery,so we won't be shopping anytime soon at AMart,not happy at all Regards Lyn Moon

Staff are wonderful. Helped me find what I and gave me a great deal.

Travelled 3.5hrs to pick up our new lounge. Upon entering I was greeted my staff and within a couple minutes had my pickup order processed. The pickup area was easily accessible, and didnt have to wait long before the staff member was there to bring it out and help assist in loading it onto our trailer. Overall experience was great; staff were friendly, professional and approached you, and happy to assist in loading heavy items etc. Would 10/10 recommend purchasing furniture from there! Absolutely happy with our lounge so far 👍

Very impressed with the service I was provided today by Urzulla. She was extremely helpful when trying to decide on a new lounge for our house. I had previously been messed around by another store on a purchase, so she was a dream to deal with. She took into account the colour, budget and shape I had in mind, until we found the perfect one! The team at Amart Wagga, have always been a breeze to work with, when purchasing products.

Most importantly the staff are great. So helpful and welcoming. The products are very varied covering aspects of home requirements. I'm more than happy with my choice of wardrobes.
