We were asked by a neighbour to allow installation through our unit as no other way would work. That was not a problem as we were prepared to be helpful BUT the installer was very rude, refused to take his boots off and walked several times through the unit and left boots marks on our high quality wood floor which were difficult to remove. On our large deck there were again dirty boot marks and it took full cleaning to remove these. Never again. BE AWARE THAT THE INSTALLER IS NOT RESPECTFUL OF YOUR PROPERTY.
