The team at Capricorn screens are amazing! I’m a repeat customer a few times over now. From my interactions with Jess on the phone to Matt coming out to measure and quote. Exceptional service and advice. Always great communication and offering me lots of option to suit my house and style. The installation was great and the guys that did the install ..I’ve never met more respectful and polite tradies. Thank you team we love our new crimesafe front screen door, privacy screens and Luxaflex blinds. You’ve put the finishing touches on our home. Love it so much and will enjoy it for many years to come.
Expert service and very high quality window furnishings. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner and all staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended!
The service from this company has been exceptional! From the front desk staff, to management to the installers. We have used this company for a few different products over the past few months and everything has been installed with the utmost care and professionalism. Our new shutters are beautiful & exactly what we were wanting. Our front crimsafe door is stylish and provides extra security. The advice from Jess about what would work and compliment our home was priceless! She is extremely knowledgeable. Would use again in a heartbeat! And have recommended to several friends.
The Customer service was appalling..we popped in to have a look around, I could hear 3 people chatting in the back room..after awhile I asked a young lass who was on her mobile to see if we could grab some information...she was not happy ..I felt she did not know her products ...she lost sales ..we will not be returning. However the showroom was extremely clean. Shop front was inviting.
The whole team has been amazing to work with! Their knowledge and guidance about what would be best for our home was invaluable. Their customer service was clear, prompt and we were always treated with patience and kindness. We highly recommend these guys!
From start to finish, Jess and the team were friendly, prompt and professional. The completed works look fantastic. 100% would recommend
Excellent service! Professionally handled.
