Chadwick Blinds & Shutters

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the very beginning, our experience with Chadwick Blinds and Shutters was nothing short of exceptional. We had plantation shutters installed in our main bedroom and block-out blinds throughout our entire home, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We obtained four quotes from different companies. Chadwick wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. What won us over was their incredible customer service and the fact they're a small, family-owned business that genuinely cares about their customers. I was incredibly indecisive when it came to colours and styles, but Phil and Emily were so patient, supportive and knowledgeable, helping me make the right decisions without ever making me feel pressured. Emily kept us informed every step of the way with fantastic communication, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Phil's attention to detail during the installation was second to none. The level of care and pride he took in his work was evident from start to finish, and the finished product is absolutely flawless. As a full-time working mum of three, flexibility means everything to me, and they went above and beyond to work around my schedule, school runs and even nap times for my baby. That level of understanding and customer care is so rare these days. And we can't forget our dog, Donny. One of his favourite pastimes is sitting in our bedroom watching the world go by. We were worried the new shutters might take away his daily neighbourhood surveillance duties, but Phil made sure they were installed so Donny could still keep an eye on everyone passing by. Safe to say, the shutters have Donny’s tick of approval and if our chief neighbourhood watch officer is happy, that's about the highest recommendation you can get! We honestly couldn't be happier with the service, the quality of the products, the pricing, or the entire experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chadwick Blinds and Shutters to anyone looking for beautiful window furnishings backed by outstanding service. Thank you, Phil, Michele and Emily!

We had shutters installed in 15 windows in our home. The shutters have made such a difference and I could not fault Chadwick. Aside from being lovely people, Phil & Michele were fantastic to deal with. They answered all questions promptly, were very competitively priced and the product is great quality. Phil & his offsider were very neat and tidy during installation. If we ever need any blinds or shutters installed in the future, I’ll be using Chadwick again. Thanks Chadwick Blinds & Shutters!

I highly recommend Chadwick Blinds & Shutters. Melissa and Phil were highly knowledgeable and beyond helpful in assisting with our choices. They were happy to delay installation when they were ready to go, as my build was running late. Very happy to recommend them and would use them again.
