The business expanded to Sydney in 2005 with the opening of a Paddington office. The principal interior designer is Chris Cole-Clark, an Accredited Designer Member of the Design Institute of Australia who has been a judge for the Master Builder of Australia Awards of Excellence. The business has provided design expertise for more than 20 years.

It serves residential, commercial, health & aged care, hospitality and light industrial projects, and takes care of the entire process from concept design, project management, construction, fitout to handover. It works directly with architects, engineers and builders, and can supply licensed and reputable tradespeople for projects. Projects have been completed in New South Wales, Melbourne and London, and the business has been recognised by the Master Builders Association, Housing Industry Association and Master Painters Australia. It is based in Sydney and the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Maitland, and provides interior design services.

Chris Cole-Clark Interior Designer Accredited Designer Member of the Design Institute of Australia draws consistent praise for design work that combines creative flair with practical, budget-conscious thinking. Several accounts note the care taken with colour selection, space and architectural planning, and material and product knowledge, whether the project is a heritage manor, a tired farm homestead, a garage conversion into a dual-purpose office or apartment, or a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. One thing mentioned again and again is how ideas are extended rather than simply executed, with one client describing a Palm Springs aesthetic brought to life and others noting that the fixtures and finishes chosen suited the era of each property.

Chris is described as positive, approachable and easy to work with, and her communication is credited with keeping projects enjoyable from concept through to completion. Several customers note that she works collaboratively, absorbing a brief and then exceeding expectations, and that she remains hands-on across commercial and residential jobs. Her design work, technical expertise and warmth are the themes that tie the feedback together, with colour choices and functional layouts singled out as particular strengths on kitchen, bathroom and whole-home projects.
