I had my 4.5m Dometic Awning replaced by a 4.5m Fiamma Awning. The removal of the old, and the replacement with the new were expertly done, and the time taken and the workmanship were top marks. The workshop would be the tidiest and cleanest I have been in. Highly recommended!!
We are from WA and have had trouble with our awning virtually since new. We had other people work on it to no avail. Peter fitted us in at short notice, inspected the awning pointing out the problems we had, set about fixing them with attention to detail. Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Peter has exceptional product and industry knowledge, which he's happy to use/pass on this info to make the repairs better than factory original. Super service, attention to detail and maticulas with his workmanship. If I could give 6 stars I would.
He does amazing work, everything was done properly and perfectly. Takes the time to explain everything and has lots of good advice about how to care for your awning. Prices are extremely good, and to be honest I would have happily paid double for his workman ship and advice. Only person to go to for any awning repairs or accessories as far as I am concerned.
The Dometic awning failed to function. Peter diagnosed the problem over the phone and said to bring the caravan over there and then. He did a perfect job, while I waited, with second hand spares and charged me nearly nothing. Amazing service with a smile.
