Thank you to all at carpet court south nowra. A special thanks to Byron and Chris. We have been back to have rooms tiled 3 times, the service has always been great. A very professional team. Would highly recommend this to anyone. N & J Harvey

Deeply disappointed with both the product and the response from this Nowra Carpet Court branch. We paid $900 to have carpet installed in a small 3m x 3m room, only to be left with a result that looks like it belongs in a bargain bin, visible lines running through the pile that look completely unprofessional. Rather than taking any ownership, the response we received was a wall of excuses: blaming pile crush, referencing notes about who was on-site, and explaining their internal quoting processes. None of this addresses the fact that the finished product looks terrible and we are deeply unhappy. They simply recommended that either enough vacuuming and walking on it that the lines will eventually blend in. I’ve already tried vacuuming multiple times but nothing has changed. I would not recommend this branch. In comparison , the Wollongong branch has consistently delivered excellent quality and service, a stark contrast to this experience.
