Paul was professional and thorough when measuring everything up, ensuring a perfect fit. The awning installation team did a fantastic job with the installation, and Shannon and her blinds team were absolute experts, providing great advice and delivering a flawless result. The quality of the products and workmanship is exceptional, and the customer service throughout the whole process was second to none. Very happy with the advice, service and fitting by Optimo to supply and fit clear (tinted) blinds to our rear deck area. The end result has provided us with an awesome area with increased liveability through provision of a robust and professional product that has well and truly satisfied our needs.
