I couldn't be happier with my experience with Optimo Group! My new awning and blinds have completely transformed my home, turning my outdoor area into a beautiful, comfortable, and functional space that I can enjoy all year round. The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. Jayden and Pat in the office were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. Paul was professional and thorough when measuring everything up, ensuring a perfect fit. The awning installation team did a fantastic job with the installation, and Shannon and her blinds team were absolute experts, providing great advice and delivering a flawless result. The quality of the products and workmanship is exceptional, and the customer service throughout the whole process was second to none. I would highly recommend Optimo Group to anyone looking to enhance their home with quality awnings or blinds. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

Very happy with the advice, service and fitting by Optimo to supply and fit clear (tinted) blinds to our rear deck area. The end result has provided us with an awesome area with increased liveability through provision of a robust and professional product that has well and truly satisfied our needs. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.
Can't recommend Alana and the team at Optimo Awnings higher. They did an amazing job with our awning. Amazing quality and great customer service.
