Do not trust this organisation, Madison Shades, Previously known as Seaside Blinds run by Jason Ireland. He installed ziptrack blinds and then we had to spend 9 months getting them fixed as they could not be lowered or raised. Phone message and emails left were unresponsive. He will just ghost you. Suggest you read previous reviews before giving this person any money unless you want to lose your money or end up with a faulty product. Also suggest you check in whose name his current licence is under to operate. Beware, Beware. Do not touch

DO NOT Give money to Jason of either Seaside Blinds and Awnings or Madison Shades promises and promises things and doesn’t come thru. He will answer and then screen calls and doesn’t return calls absolutely disgusting when it’s was their fault regarding the issue we have!!!! Fair Trading will be the next stop

DO NOT give any money to Jason Ireland representing Madison Shades and Seaside Blinds and Awnings. We gave him $8000 last September and have absolutely nothing to show for it. He lies about the status of your order and eventually won’t answer phone calls or messages. Through investigations we’ve made we are not alone. Now for solicitors and Fair Trading. I would not even give him 1 star if that was an option.

Do not trust Jason from Madison Shades happy to take your money but when things go wrong he doesn't like to give a refund so $8000 down the drain. Worst customer service never answer your calls or emails.

We CAN NOT Recommend Jason Ireland from Seaside Blinds & Awnings /Madison Shades at all. We had multiple issues. The biggest was that we requested Council Approval for the Louvred Roofing which Jason said he could organise (as per the voicemail he left on our phone). We waited 5 Months for Council Approval. He ghosted us, not answering our calls. Then Jason finally answered saying he was out of town, but has Council Approval & ready to install the roofing. He kept repeating "all good with Council, all has been Approved, as he knew it would be." As we experienced multiple lies & let downs from Jason, our trust was NIL. So we rang Council ourselves to see if there was actual Approval, only to find that there has been NO Application Submitted. After he apologised & said he will do better to win our trust back. We gave him a second chance, but that only lasted a short time before the lies started again. Anyone looking at getting work done by Jason Ireland should also check his license!!! He should stick to the small stuff & leave the bigger things for the Big Boys, Leave the big jobs for the REAL Professionals, Which is NOT Jason Ireland.

Jason and Sarah went above and beyond to help with the install of my blinds in my apartment, Jason was very easy to deal with and explained everything, showed up on time and worked fast and professionally with no issues. Highly recommended 👌
