Spotlight Bathurst

Younger lady with short light brown hair who was serving the cutting station at around 11:15am today is great. Been served by her twice in the past few weeks. Manages to serve customers, answer other customers enquiries and have a conversation with the customer they're serving almost simultaneously. Can tell she is hard working and passionate about what the store is about.

I'm crocheting a blanket & found that I needed to change the colour of three balls of yarn. However, I didn't have a receipt. The two young girls serving at the counter said they wouldn't be able to unless I'd bought them using my VIP card. Thank goodness, I always use this card whenever I buy from Spotlight. They were so helpful & friendly. Thank you so much.

I live approximately equal distances between Bathurst and Orange, where both towns have a Spotlight store. Whenever possible, I choose the Bathurst store because it is so much better organised, making it easier to find what you need.

Staff always helpful, no issues ordering online but I have issues with my legs, sometimes it takes time to get served at the counter, by then my legs are aching, not Spotlights fault.
