Spotlight Coffs Harbour

Good range of products across the homewards. Staff are difficult to find for assistance checkout was very slow despite thete only being a few customers.

Ordered a footling for my dinner wanted it toasted It was as hard as a rock I do not recommend buying

Beware if your are ordering an out door blind, and elderly gentleman who is 84 yrs old, ordered and Paid for his 2 blinds back in FEBRUARY 12wks after the order, they came to install them 1 was the wrong size the other didn't run properly on the track, now in JUNE they tried again made apt for installation only to not show up and then cancel the next apt, YESTERDAY 8 July the came to intall them again...for only one not to be the correct size. MY RECOMMENDATIONS .... dont bother worst customer service I have seen in a long time and I really get upset shen elderly people are always the ones that these sort of things happen to...because they dont complain Companies get away with it...Sorry Spotlight but I am appales at the way this gentleman has been treated.

Some good bargains. Service is lacking and click and collect doesn't work well here.

Great clean store, friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Good range of products .

Hadley at the main counter is so friendly and really gives you a great experience at checkout He definitely is an asset to this business and has exceptional customer service skills.

Forget about getting any help from the staff working late Especially a lady named Jill long brown hair I asked her for assistance but she clearly didn't want to work or help customers I was met with attitude and no assistance at all. Maybe Jill should get a job were she doesn't have to interact with customers
