Spotlight Geraldton

Great and well organised/tidy.

Very disappointing experience at Spotlight Geraldton. I visited with my 3-year-old son to buy a specific item that showed as “in stock” online, but even after asking staff, no one knew where it was. At the checkout, I asked for assistance and was left waiting while other customers were served. Despite asking twice, no one came to help, so I ended up leaving empty-handed and without the items I had planned to buy. Poor customer service and a complete waste of my time.

Staff are never seem to be around to cut fabric or notions. Better training should be in place or at the very least make front staff have ability to cut meterage as well.

Friendly staff helping me with what I need. Often have products on promotion highly recommended.

Its almost a one stop shop for everything to do with house items. Highly recommended for a country city

great variety of stuff in store easy to find what your looking for

Under a handful of staff working there today. Asked where to find a product, was pointed in the wrong direction and left to my own devices. The store is a mess and could not find what I was looking for. Very poor customer service! Never going back.
