'DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT OPTION'. Says 2hrs on the website but store will lie and tell you whatever excuses they can make up. I placed an order at 12:40pm, called at 4pm to follow up. She said its minimum 2hrs so it wont be ready today. I called the helpline and they said its 2hrs not 'minimum 2hrs'. I called again and the girl said we dont have staff then she goes I will ask the staff to speed it up. Helpline said 'ohh just buy the items in store and pay for them again'

Just this minute witnessed a male 'manager' treating a female employee like actual dirt. Condescending to the utmost. Unwilling to listen or to care. The woman is just trying to set up a display seriously no need to undermine her willingness to exist in your presence. You probably can't help it. Sucks to be you and anyone around you. Shame.

Very slow service, took over 10 minutes of waiting in line ( there were at least 8 people in line ) to finally to be served. Need more then one person at registers or at least call for another person to serve customers.

Friendly helpful staff....Competitive prices....Great range of products....Plenty of parking....

Just wanted to say thank you to Kayt. On two separate occasions Kayt directed and showed me products that I needed to purchase. She also advised how best to use them. Not only was she informative and very personàble but carried them to my car. I would give her 5 stars for custom service.

Lots of variety in homewards and craft. Good friendly and lots of outdoor parking.
