Spotlight Shepparton

Always friendly, fare pricing. Amazing set-up.

Helpful staff. Found what I needed. Store was tidy.

If there is anything that you might ever have wanted, except if you wanted to eat it, surely it would be here. There would be exceptions but it would be a visit just to find out!

They have a toilet 🙏 red-headed worker in her 40s let us know about additional bargains. Wide range of clearance items. Some very cute print fabric and sheets.

Absolute horrendous customer experience. We live 1.5 hours away and placed an order that accidentally went through Click and Collect. Asked if this could be changed to delivery and apparently this was impossible

I visited earlier this morning and was greeted by one of the loveliest members of the checkout staff. I was having a particularly difficult day, but her kindness truly made a difference. She complimented my eyes, assisted me in locating the restroom, and helped me find all the stuff I needed. Her warmth and patience were genuinely uplifting. I believe we need more staff members like her. Unfortunately, I’m unable to name her as she was not wearing a name badge but she had glasses and pinkish blonde hair, but this occurred between approximately 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. (21/12/25) I am incredibly impressed with the level of care and service provided Very good to whoever is hiring these lovely women I told her I was going to leave a review I really hope she sees this and knows she made my week 1000 times better .

Really poor staff attitude. I asked one staff member where something was and she basically just pointed and said “somewhere over there” when I went “over there”, I asked another staff person and she proceeded to tell me she has knocked off and then complained about how badly the stock is laid out and how management has no idea…….
