Product great, price great, communication and length of time for installation way too long, 5 months longer than initially advised.

Communication was terrible from the start, I was the one chasing up my order and refund from paying in full. It took 11 months (November to October) from quote to being finished. I was told install was in January. In that time, the curtains had to be remade twice after the first install because communication was absent between reception and seamstress. I was given curtains without openings and 2 different hems. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Weeks of delay and looking back at the install, questionable hack job at best, two people to have a go at the job only to be left with patch work and screws in door frame. Honestly go somewhere else for your blinds.

We had Swan West do all our windows with plantation shutters and we are extremely happy with the service and end result. There was one window that the design was not what we thought it would be like and they came out and replaced it without any fuss or chasing them up.
