Today we had our blinds installed, not a massive job, only 3 blinds, but we were treated like longtime returning customers. From start to finish, we were treated like family. Price was competitive, great colour range presented by Stephanie, and Tristan installed today and helped out with some great advice on care and cleaning. The advertising is annoying, but the product and service is inspiring.
Very happy with the professionalism & quality of our new blinds & sheers - from the friendly & knowledgeable Emma (sales consultant) to the installer with the right expertise it has been a positive experience 🤩
Emma and Hayden provided a seamless, pleasant and successful experience. My new dual blinds are a hugely positive addition to our home. Thank you both for your help, care, speedy service and advice. Excellent!

When purchasing the blind Emma was so easy to deal with when Tristan came to fit the blind found him to be very courteous and efficient
Absolutely love our new shutters. The Blind Factory was amazing to deal with and Tristan has done a brilliant job of installing them. Highly recommend.
