Owners of four-wheel drives bringing vehicles in for accessory fitting describe a workshop that handles a wide range of jobs, from bull bars, winches and snorkels to roof racks, canopies, dual battery systems, lift kits and air bags for towing. Several reviewers mention that queries about their vehicles were answered with clear information and sound advice, including over the phone. Workmanship recurs as a theme, with owners noting that installations were completed neatly and that the finished results matched expectations, whether on a new Amarok or a working Isuzu.

The team, and Jade and Greg by name, is repeatedly described as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, with one customer recalling that a car was ready in under three hours. Reviewers also note that stock was available in store, that jobs were turned around quickly without long booking waits, and that pricing was seen as fair for the standard of work. Small touches, such as topping up windscreen washer fluid after a snorkel fitting, are remembered. Wagga Wagga drivers returning for repeat work speak of consistent quality across multiple visits.
