Such a pathetic service that they advertise like quick delivery and when I asked for it they said one is not available and second in Melbourne which will deliver after a week. Shame 🥲

Great range of furniture and homewares at good prices. The staff at Amart Furniture Albury were friendly, helpful, and made the whole shopping experience easy. Store was clean, well organised, and delivery was quick. Very happy with the quality and service

Such unprofessional delivery! The bed delivery was left in the kitchen and study areas… With no removal of the old bed base? As promised by Marcus? That we had paid for… He knew exactly what was being to be done… We told him so! The last delivery guy couldn’t do enough! Setting up the bed, giving instructions etc, etc.., In short, if you want our repeat business, then lift your game… M.

Avoid it like the plague, ordered and paid for a couch boxing Day. At the time was told mid April would be delivered. Here we find ourselves on the 5th of May. Was meant to come last Tuesday A Mart canceled. Told it would come today..... 4.50 the store rings to say it will not be delivered today but next Tuesday...... Loss of wages loss of time..... To add insult to the injury, when demanded a refund, was told it will take seven days to appear in my bank account. However amart happy to take money instantly but to give a refund it will take seven days. 😡🤬😡🤬

The furniture is fine, but Amart is officially clingier than the ex-partner who literally put me in therapy. I actually swore off dating because I couldn't handle being harassed via text message, and just when I thought I had finally healed and it was safe to look at my phone again. bam. Amart slides in. Every. Single. Day. I didn't realize buying a piece of furniture meant entering a high-stress, one-sided relationship where my phone gets blown up with constant SMS updates about mattress markdowns. Thanks for completely undoing years of expensive PTSD therapy, Amart. I’m giving two stars because the item itself is okay, but I’m going to need you to lose my number before my therapist buys a second yacht with my next round of sessions.

Don't shop here! I brought a modular lounge for $5000 only to find the exact same one at Focus on Furniture for $2100 everyday price. This place is an absolute rort. Save your money and go somewhere else, anywhere else! Or at least see if you can find the same or similar product you want cheaper somewhere else.

Great experience. Marcos was very helpful. Really helpful and understanding. Helped me find the perfect piece of furniture.
