Spotlight seems very understaffed. I waited 10 mins in line to buy one reel if cotton! The cashier dithered around with a lady who thought she was a member, trying to find her on the system, then after some time offered to join her up! It was unbearable to watch. By this time there were about 5 more customers waiting to be served. Why did he not call for another staff member to help at the checkout. When I finally got to be served, he thanked me for my patience! I bit my tongue some and suggested that a self service checkout would be handy or perhaps more staff at the checkout. I was not impressed. I certainly only attend Spotlight when I absolutely need to. Unfortunately, this is the only place where I can buy a certain colour of cotton!

I just banned myself from spotlight. How many Doona Covers is too many?🤦‍♀️ I cannot walk into Spotlight and leave without a new one 🤣🤣

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that the website's prices do not match the store. I bought a set of sheets for $80 more instore than when I checked online on their own website and they won't credit the difference. It's crazy. They won't even price match THEIR OWN WEBSITE if you point that out instore so you would have to buy them online and then do a click and collect. It's just crazy.

They were very busy yesterday, potentially under staff- but the customer service at the desk was still lovely. Big line waiting to be served by it moved rather quickly- not too much wait time.
