What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Unlike most listings in this directory, reviews of Awnlux Awnings describe a DIY model: customers buy replacement awning fabric or vinyl and fit it themselves, with several jobs completed in two to three hours using the supplied instructions.
One reviewer says a local supplier quoted several thousand dollars to replace an awning and its frame, whereas the Awnlux replacement material let them redo the job themselves for a fraction of the cost. Other mentions include a custom-cut piece welded for a bus conversion and prompt help from an electrician when a switch needed replacing.

These replacement awning fabrics are fantastic took myself and my wife just over 2 1/2 hours to remove the old stuffed one and fit the new one Looks fantastic and the customer service is equally as good
I purchased the 13' awning skin. I replaced the old skin on my caravan with a little more difficulty than in the online tutorials because I did it on my own. The result was ideal. I saw some reviews where people had problems because the fabric came folded in a box and the creases were a hassle. I had no such issue. I found the fabric went on easily and the poly cords were not a problem. Except for the top polycord which was of smaller diameter than the track on my caravan so I used the one I took out of the old skin. I am pleased with the result.
Brought a Awnlux replacement vinyl. Communication, delivery and product all excellent. This is the 2nd time buying from them. Instructions to install are easy to follow and was a perfect fit. Thank you Awnlux.
Contacted Awnlux to ensure I had correct measurements & to find out choices for our Motorhome. Cannot fault the staff (Tyson & Robyn) for their assistance, it was invaluable. Ordered online & arrived in under the designated transport time parameters. Fantastic service, highly recommend. Took around 2 hrs for 2 old codgers to fit.
Ordered my new awning online. The process was simple. I ordered the right size which is a bonus. Just follow the instructions online. Delivery was fast and we installation was easy with 2 people. Our caravan now looks new :)
Quick delivery - great product and easily installed. Highly recommend!!
1st order received in a timely manner, unfortunately my husband mismeasured and it had to be sent back. No problems getting a refund. 2nd order was also received quickly after ordering. Very happy with the service.
