Management of this joint and the dubious ethics are really evident. Be careful with your money! Think they are above everyone. Poor work and communication. Poor so called customer service.

What an excellent journey we have taken with Shade'n'Sails!!! After getting 3 quotes for Ziptrack blinds, we went with these guys, not just because they were a bit cheaper, but because the staff who came out to do the measure and quote instilled a feeling of assurance and product confidence. While we were away on holiday (in Bali!!!!), I received a phone call saying that our blinds were ready and asking to come in the next couple of days. Long story short, they installed them while we were away!!!! How good is that! They look amazing, are very practical and enhance and increase our outside living spaces. These guys are amazing! Cannot recommend enough.

Within a minute of arriving I had three friendly people assessing the damage to my shade sail and quoting for different levels of repairs. A few days later they rang for me to pick up the repaired shade sail. Amazing service!

We bought a large shade sail to replace our old one. The directions on how to measure for the sail were easy to follow and it was great that the price included delivery. We have put it up and it is really good. The price was great (about the same price as our old one was 15 years ago!) I highly recommend this company!
