We have just had some vertical shutters installed on the back balcony of our apartment. Working with Balcony Shutters Australia - and Vance specifically - has been very professional from start to finish: measurement, quotation, manufacture, installation. The lead time on the shutters was approx 6 months, but it has definitely been worth the wait, as we are extremely happy with the work and how the shutters both look and perform (given the storm season has just started!) And Vance - who is a terrific communicator and very customer-focused - took great care to manage our expectations from start to finish, which we appreciated greatly.
We have just had our balcony shutters installed. While it takes some time (up to 6 months) for manufacture, it has been worth the wait. They look good, let in the light or block the wind and also give us more privacy. We will be spending much more time out on the balcony during the hot summer days.
