I have come back to Signature Blinds yet again. Don’t even compare prices anymore! They know their stuff and are reliable and pleasant! I thought the big blind might be a challenge but it is perfect, as I didn’t want a post in the middle of my view! Great work!

Highly recommend Signature Blinds for tailored, well priced, high quality assessment, design, production and installation of shutters and blinds on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. We've just had perfectly fitted shutters installed which match others in the house. Staff are personable, precise, friendly and polite - arriving on time, providing appropriate design and placement advice, installing efficiency and cleaning up. Their work is a great service to refreshers, renovators and new home builders. Well done!

My Experience with Signature Blinds – Extremely Disappointed I had a total of four external zip-track blinds installed by Signature Blinds, and unfortunately the entire experience—from installation to customer service—has been extremely frustrating. The channels were initially installed incorrectly, which meant the blinds did not operate freely. These had to be replaced, despite the office and installer telling me that it's the wind that is causing the blinds to get stuck on the channels and there was nothing they could do. I persisted and proved this was not the case as I sent videos, then another installer came out and indicated the channels are faulty and needed to be replaced, the process took several weeks for the job to be completed leaving me with an unfinished job. The original installer frequently cancelled appointments and left the job incomplete, which was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. Communication from the office has also been poor. Once the deposit was paid, getting updates or support became very difficult, and everything seemed like too much effort on their end. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance around 12 months later as I felt they were generally nice people and maybe that was just a one off that their installer has no idea about the industry and customers. I requested a quote for a motorized folding arm awning, but even after calling twice and sending an email to confirm measure and quote I never received a response. To me, this showed a real lack of care and responsibility toward customers. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want or value the work. In this time, I already had two quotes from their competitors. This has been my personal experience, and I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research before choosing this company. There are plenty of other businesses on the coast that provide far better service without all the hassle I went through. You would think just because you pay a little more for the job doesn't necessarily mean you will get a better job! We will see how quickly they respond to this review!

The service from the Signature Blinds team was first class. From measuring to installing all went smoothly with no problems. We are very happy with our blinds and the professional service received. Highly recommend.

We had our blinds installed today from Signature Blinds QLD. We are absolutely over the moon on how they look. Gives us a little more privacy and protected from all weather conditions. Highly recommended👍
