Highly recommend Factory Direct. Unfortnately, 2 days after installation, I noticed this damage caused by the installers. Hope it can be repaired soon. Still the shutters look great. An update on this review. Factory Direct are going to repair the damage to our door frame. Well done and great service all around.
Great experience all round, from first contact, to quote to installation. No problems at all, Factory Direct Shutters always communicated what was happening with product build and expected installation times. Geoff the installer arrived on time was very professional and the installation went smoothly. We're very happy with the finished product and the whole Factory Direct Shutters experience. Would highly recommend.
Factory Direct Shutters has been amazing to deal with. I've decided to install shutters in the living area, and I'm so pleased with the result. Paul was a great salesperson, the office kept me informed every step of the way regarding delivery, and Geoff did a fantastic job with the installation. We had all our curtains and blinds supplied and installed by Factory Direct Shutters, Awnings & Blinds, Sunshine Coast. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was easy, honest and professional, the quality of the curtains and blinds is excellent, and Isaac who completed the installation was friendly, efficient and very helpful. We also had a couple of blinds replaced and the process was handled quickly and without any hassle. I have just had my bedroom windows transformed to plantation shutters. From beginning to end it was a great experience. The man who came to measure up was very helpful and the young man who installed them yesterday was friendly and very helpful. He took down my old blinds. He even offered to help hubby put furniturs back. Great staff . My only complaint was the waiting time to have them made but to be fair, this was told to me when l ordered. Good job Factory Direct Shutters l am very pleased with them.
