Bartlett Blinds

Recently had Bartlett Blinds measure up, order and then install Crimsafe security doors to my home. Cannot fault the service, how kind the tradespeople were and the reception staff. No issues at all with the doors or pricing. Highly recommend their services.

Way too expensive and sadly not competitive with similar companies and products. If it was you Nick who ambushed us last Saturday at our place of trade and made negative comments about our products without knowledge, this conduct is very inappropriate to retaliate a review.

Having just moved to Ballarat we were in need of alfresco zip screen blinds,we had a few quotes ranging in price. Bartlett blinds were by far the best price And i must say that the quality and workmanship is outstanding. The boys that fitted the blinds did an excellent job and were both professional and fussy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bartlett Blinds to friends and family. Thanks guys for the great product 👍

A Heartfelt Thank You to Bartlett Blinds It's often the little things that truly make a difference in our everyday lives, and my experience with Bartlett Blinds is a perfect example of that. A couple of years ago, I reached out to them to install an outdoor blind on my patio. From start to finish, I was absolutely impressed by the service. Not only did they complete the job with professionalism and a friendly smile, but they also left my home feeling more beautiful and comfortable. As many of us in Ballarat know, the cold weather and strong winds can sometimes test even the best outdoor installations. Today, one of the clips holding the blind in place broke. I wasn't expecting much, but I decided to pop in and inform Bartlett Blinds of the issue. To my surprise, the staff member at Bartlett Blinds apologized for the break—something he certainly didn’t need to do—and, without hesitation, offered me replacement clips completely free of charge. This thoughtful and generous service speaks volumes about the kind of business Bartlett Blinds is. It’s a shining example of a local Ballarat company that truly cares about its customers and the community. Even though I have no financial ties to Bartlett Blinds, I have a deep sense of pride and respect for a company that values its locals. A big shoutout to the owners, staff, and apprentices, as well as the service team at reception. Bartlett Blinds continues to set the standard for outstanding customer service and integrity. Here in Ballarat, we take care of our own, and Bartlett Blinds is certainly a company that embodies that spirit. Well done, Bartlett Blinds! — Peter Clarke

Purchased the clear zip track blinds and they are an absolutely unreal product, the Bartlett team are all great, very neat install and helpful office staff highly recommend using them for your outdoor blinds

We just had Nick from Bartlett Blinds install our new CrimSafe security door and he did a fantastic job. He was on time, polite, professional and finished in an hour. Excellent service and the new door looks and functions as advertised - mint!

Had some security doors fitted recently by Bartlett Blinds, what a top job these guys did, super happy with both the look and ease of use. The whole process from conversations with Nathan at the Springfest stand to measuring and quotation and finally install was smooth and easy. Mark and Steve the two installers were excellent, got on with the job quickly, cleaned up after the installs and were respectfully quiet of a newborn baby sleeping. All round very impressed and would certainly recommend Bartlett Blinds to others. Thank you 😊
