Eureka Blinds & Curtains - Luxaflex Window Fashions Gallery

Eureka Blinds & Curtains is a family-owned business that has been operating since 2006. It serves Ballarat and beyond, and provides window furnishings for both modern builds and heritage homes. The company designs, measures, and installs window furnishings. It offers a free in-home measure and quote. Services include curtains and upholstery, plantation shutters, interior blinds, softshades, and awnings and blinds.

Curtains, shutters and roller blinds are the recurring products in feedback for this Ballarat window furnishings business, which customers also approach for motorised blinds and awning and upholstery work. Several reviewers describe an easy installation process, with the two installers named as Adam and Sheldon singled out for being polite, considerate and careful in the home, including cleaning up afterwards and removing their shoes at the door.

Nick is repeatedly credited with detailed product knowledge, colour suggestions and accurate measuring, while Em is mentioned for keeping customers informed throughout the order. Reviewers often remark that communication before and after the job was consistent and that staff arrived when expected, with the office team described as friendly. Tidiness on site and a smooth run from order to completion come up across multiple accounts, as does satisfaction with how the finished blinds, shutters and curtains suit the rooms they were fitted to.

Customers mention the pricing as fair for the work delivered. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the willingness to answer questions and explain options without pressure. Motorised blinds feature in newer feedback, and the professionalism of the whole team, from administration through to installation, is a theme that runs through the accounts.
