Based on genuine customer reviews
Sheer and block-out curtains are the products reviewers of Ben's Curtains talk about most, describing rooms made softer and more modern while still letting in plenty of light.
Ben himself is named for handling communication and pricing, Lydia for helping choose fabric in the Sunnybank shop, and installers including Tom and one known simply as "G" for quick, professional fitting. Shutters installed by Ely and Ryan also get a mention, with most jobs completed within a few weeks of ordering.

We’re really happy with our sheer curtains from Ben’s Curtains. They’ve completely transformed the room and given it a much softer, more modern feel while still letting in plenty of natural light. Ben was great to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, the installation was professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. Everything was exactly as promised, and the quality is outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ben’s Curtains again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality curtains and genuine, friendly service. Thanks again, Ben!
After looking online for curtains, I stumbled upon Ben’s curtains. Went to their shop in Sunnybank and was helped by a lovely lady about possible combinations of sheer and blackout. I loved being able to see and feel the textures of what’s on offer. Also loved the idea of white /light blackout with darker sheer and I would never have thought of it. Imagine my surprise when the quote came back cheaper than online companies and it includes installation! The whole thing only took 3 weeks from start to finish and it was a breeze of a process. When the install came, everything was fabulous. I thought the blackout was ever slightly too long and when raised, it got addressed so promptly. What an amazing company, service, product. Thank you for my beautiful curtains. Fyi, I was never asked to do review but this business deserves 5 stars and more
