What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Queensland Roller Shutters' reviewers consistently name Travis for the initial check-and-measure visit and Craig for responsive sales support, while installers Chris, James and Nathan turn up repeatedly across the sample for the fitting itself.
Customers report a manufacturing wait of around three weeks and note their homes feel noticeably cooler once the shutters are closed on hot days. Even a customer measured over video link for a more remote property described the installer as punctual and the finished product as neat.

Very happy with the after sales service received recently when Tyson came over and fixed a small issue. He was very polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. He sincerely wanted the best for his customers. Who doesn't love that sort of after sales service :)
Professional from start to finish. Very happy with the finished product. The installer was helpful and knew his stuff. Highly recommended.

This was our second order from Qld Roller Shutters. Thanks to Nathan for installing. We couldn't be happier with our new shutters. Our house is also noticeably cooler when we close them during the hot days. Jeff & Pam, Lota
From booking the shutter to installation - a totally professional business. I love the look and do not know why I didn't do it sooner! Jo Anderson
We have been using our brand new roller shutters from QLD Roller Shutters for a few months. We couldn't be happier. Travis came to our Chermside West house for check & measure. He is professional, punctual and gave us lots of valuable advice to help us to pick the right roller shutter. Then I contacted Craig, the sales support, for a few times. He patiently answered all my questions and all my correspondence were responded within 24 hours. Craig has full knowledge about their products and provided me with professional and comprehensive answers. Dealing with installation team is like a breeze too. They are clean, efficient and delivered a fantastic result. Strongly recommend Queensland Roller Shutters to anyone. We will use them for our future project too. Thank you.
