We recently had Ben’s Curtains complete all of the curtains and shutters in our East Toowoomba property, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first conversation to installation, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. Their communication was excellent the whole way through, which made the process feel seamless and stress-free. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. From initial contact to final install was only around three weeks, which exceeded all expectations. We had shutters installed downstairs, along with beautiful sheer curtains across our doors and dining area. Upstairs, the master bedroom features ceiling-hung sheers with blockouts behind, and the remaining bedrooms and study have a combination of shutters and sheers. Every space has been finished to a very high standard and works perfectly with our new oak floors. The fabric selection was fantastic — plenty of choice without being overwhelming — and the team helped guide us to the right decisions for each room. Most importantly, the end result looks exceptional. The quality, the fit, and the overall finish have completely elevated the home. Bens Curtains Toowoomba custom made a couple of roller blinds and ceiling to floor sheers for one of our rooms. My dealings with Bens Curtains were very positive and I would definitely recommend them. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. The sheers and blinds were installed within 4 weeks from date of measurement which I was very happy about. The quality of the sheers and the blinds are exceptional.
