We were in last week and needed just one curtain to see how it would look in our home. We were served by a young man and he was absolutely delightful. Incredibly helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable without being condescending - a very pleasant interaction. The curtain we chose was also good quality and I'm sure we'll be back.
I was looking to replace some pencil pleat curtains - 2 staff members on & I was served by Lachlan. His knowledge & helpfulness were great - he got me sorted, ordered the curtains & I have to say 'well done' was great to receive such good customer service. Can't wait for my order to arrive & get these curtains hung.
Ordered custom plantation shutters in October 2023. It is now July 2024 and I am still waiting. Absolutely the worst experience. Hard to get anyone to talk to, and replies to emails are slow/erratic/non existent. I will not be buying through them for the rest of my house as originally intended. I wanted my money back due to the wait, but they will not honour my request.
There were two members in the store. One was very nice and helpful. The other was, well, interesting... I gather she is the manager of the store and was more interested in telling me what was wrong with us 'young people' these days who can't do anything (we were installing the blinds ourselves and hemming the curtains to length). This was preceded by a scolding on how rails should be installed since I had the temerity to ask for confirmation on the installation procedure. I guess I was part of the problem as "people just can't get it". Not a great experience but I must admit that it was a bit amusing. On the positive side the curtains we installed look nice so that's a positive?

Incredibly rude staff. How can you run a store with customer service like that.... Curtain wonderland must have a look at this stores' reviews and wonder. I had well over a $1000 worth of curtains and left my order there because I did not want this awful women to get my sale.
